H. G. Wells vs Jack the Ripper
ABC has commissioned Time After Time, an adaptation of Karl Alexander‘s H.G Wells story of the same name.
Written by Kevin Williamson (The Vampire Diaries, Scream), Time After Time stars Freddie Stroma (Harry Potter ) as H.G. Wells as the famed science-fiction writer is transported to modern day Manhattan in pursuit of Jack the Ripper (Josh Bowman – Revenge). Once H.G. arrives in New York City, he finds a world he never thought possible and a young woman who captivates him.
The drama also stars Genesis Rodriguez (Big Hero 6) as Jane, and Regina Taylor (Dig) as Vanessa Anders.
