Playwrite Nick Payne turns his hand to TV

BBC one has commissioned a new six-part drama, Wanderlust from award-winning playwright Nick Payne (Constellations, If There Is I Haven’t Found It Yet).

The drama is a searingly insightful and funny exploration into the relationships of a multi-generational family, looking at how we build and maintain happy relationships and asking whether lifelong monogamy is possible – or even desirable.

Wanderlust is Payne’s first television series, which is made by Drama Republic (Doctor Foster, The Honourable Woman).
