A new trailer has been unveiled for the upcoming BBC Two drama, The Last Kingdom.

The epic eight-part drama (think British Game Of Thrones), stars Rutger Hauer and Alexander Dreymon and is adapted from Bernard Cornwell’s best-selling novels, The Saxon Stories’ .

The large ensemble cast also features David Dawson, Matthew MacFadyen, Jason Flemyng, Alec Newman, Emily Cox and Ian Hart.
