ITV comedy continues to shine in the sun

ITV has re-commissioned award winning comedy Benidorm for an eighth series.

Creator Derren Litten will pen 7 new episodes, which will introduce a brand new family to the Solana resort.

Series 7 which is currently airing on ITV has features Johnny Vegas and Elsie Kelly as The Oracle (aka Geoff Maltby) and Noreen Maltby. Dame Joan Collins has also reprised her role of Solana Group CEO Crystal Hennessy-Vass.

Benidorm is a Tiger Aspect Production. Filming will take place on location in Spain later this year.
