New characters for zombie apocalypse spin-off

Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince actor Frank Dillane and Into The Storm‘s Alycia Debnam Carey have been cast in the pilot for The Walking Dead companion series.

The untitled spin-off to The Walking Dead, takes place during the same zombie apocalypse depicted but in a different location with six principle characters. Dillane will play the drug addicted son of the lead female character, a female guidance counselor. Australian actor Debnam Carey, plays Dillane’s ambitious sister.
