Amazon has unveiled the first trailer for the third series of Ripper Street, which was saved from the axe earlier in the year thanks to a deal between the BBC and Amazon Instant Video.

Matthew Macfadyen, Jerome Flynn and Adam Rothenberg star in the 19th century Whitechapel-set drama made by Tiger Aspect.

Ripper Street Series 3 will premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Instant Video on Friday, 14th November 2014, with BBC One airing the series in 2015.
