The 14 celebrity contestants have been announced for ‘Strictly Come Dancing 2012‘ which launches on Saturday September 15 at 6.30pm on BBC One.
The full line-up is:
Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh
London 2012 gold medal winner Victoria Pendleton.
Actress and TV presenter Denise Van Outen
Daybreak presenter Richard Arnold
Westlife singer Nicky Byrne
Model and former wife of Mick Jagger, Jerry Hall
Former EastEnders actor Sid Owen
Former Emmerdale actress Lisa Riley
TV and Hollywood actor Colin Salmon
Former England cricket captain Michael Vaughan
CBBC actress Dani Harmer
TV presenter Fern Britton
Olympic gymnast Louis Smith
TV presenter and father of Zoe Ball – 74 year old Johnny Ball.
Tess Daly and Bruce Forsyth will return as presenters, while Len Goodman, Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli return to the judging panel and are joined by former Ballet dancer Darcey Bussell who takes over from Alesha Dixon.
