A new arrival as ‘Wayward Pines’ rebels.
FOX drama Wayward Pines will return for a second season 2 in Summer 2016.
The psychological thriller from M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense), is based on Blake Crouch’s international best-selling series of books about a Secret Service Agent, Ethan Burke (played by Matt Dillon), who goes in search of two missing agents in a the small sleepy town of Wayward Pines. On arrival Ethan soon discovers Wayward Pines is no ordinary town as the residents are unable to leave.
The first season also starred Carla Gugino, Toby Jones, Shannyn Sossamon, Juliette Lewis, Melissa Leo and Terrence Howard.
The ten-part second season will pick up when a new arrival in Wayward Pines finds himself in the middle of a serious rebellion, as the residents battle over how to preserve the endangered human race.
