Emeli Sandé heads up this year’s BRIT Award nominations.

Emeli Sandé tops this year’s Brit Award nominations with four nods followed by Mumford and Sons, Rita Ora and Alt-J all with three nominations. The winners will be announced at the ceremony held at London’s O2 Arena on February 20.
