Watch a clip of ‘Last Tango In Halifax’ episode 1: ‘Penpals’ (UK Only)
Watch a BBC clip (which unfortunately is only available to view in the UK), from the brilliant new comedy drama, ‘Last Tango In Halifax‘ from writer Sally Wainwright, about would-be sweethearts reunited after 60 years.
The 6-part series stars: Anne Reid, Derek Jacobi, Nicola Walker, Sarah Lancashire, Dean Andrews, Tony Gardner and Josh Bolt.
Celia is telling her daughter Caroline about making contact with a man she used to go to school with. Her grandson William signed her onto Facebook and a chap called Alan got in touch.
We then see Alan telling his daughter Gillian about grandson Raff signing him onto Facebook and how Celia was on there. He emailed her and they’ve been in touch ever since.
‘Last Tango In Halifax‘ begins on BBC One Tuesday 20th November at 9pm.
