Check out the new Original British Drama trailer for, ‘The Paradise,’ adapted by Bill Gallagher from the much-loved classic French novel by Emile Zola: “The Paradise.”

Told over  8×60 episodes and relocated to a British setting, the drama series, written and directed by Bill Gallagher, tells the story of a love affair set against the backdrop of the opening of the first department store

The drama stars: Sarah Lancashire (Five Daughters), David Hayman (Trial And Retribution), Elaine Cassidy (Fingersmith), Matthew McNulty (The Syndicate), Joanna Vanderham (Dancing on the Edge) and Emun Elliott (Game Of Thrones).

‘The Paradise’ will air on BBC One in the Autumn.
