Paramount Pictures have released two new pictures from ‘Jack Ryan’ starring Chris Pine.
Chris Pine (Star Trek) stars as a young Jack Ryan, a character who has previously appeared in the novel-to-screen adaptations of ‘The Hunt for Red October’, ‘Patriot Games’, ‘Clear and Present Danger’ and ‘The Sum of All Fears’, however the new film will not be based on any of the Tom Clancy novels but will, instead, be an original screenplay.
The pictures show Chris Pine (as Ryan) riding a motorcycle on the downtown streets of Manhattan and Kevin Costner as a legendary CIA Field Agent.
Written by David Koepp and Directed by and co-starring Kenneth Branagh, the film also stars Keira Knightley.
‘Jack Ryan’ is released in cinemas on December 25, 2013.
