US network Starz has released new teaser trailer for the third season of Outlander.

Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan once again reprise their roles as lovers Claire and Jamie, who at the end of Season 2 were separated by the magical stones, with Claire returned to 1948 and Jamie remaining in 18th Century Scotland.

Season 3 sees Claire and Jamie struggle to make a life apart from one another, each haunted by the memory of their lost love. Separated by continents and centuries, Claire and Jamie must find their way back to each other.

Outlander Season 3 is based on the third installment of Diana Gabalon’s Outlander series of novels: ‘Voyager’, and will air in September 2017.  Amazon Prime Video airs the series in the UK.
