An explosive start for new 1940’s drama!

Get an exclusive first look at the first 5 minutes of ITV’s new 1940s London set drama, The Halcyon, starring Steven Mackintosh, Olivia Williams and Kara Tointon.

The eight -part drama created by Charlotte Jones (Trust Me) and written by Jack Lothian (Doc Martin, Harry Price: Ghosthunter), focuses on a bustling and glamorous five-star hotel at the centre of London society during the second world war, from the glamorous guests to its loyal, hard-working staff watched from within by American journalist Joe O’Hara (Matt Ryan). 

The series,also features, Sope Dirisu, Liz White, Charity Wakefield, Annabelle Apsion, Jamie Blackley, Ed Bluemel, Nick Brimble, Michael Carter, Akshay Kumar), Imogen Waterhouse, Nico Rogner, Kevin Eldon and Lauren Coe.

The Halcyon begins on ITV on Monday, 2nd January at 9pm.
