Our Girl sees Keegan head to Kenya

Check out the first-look teaser trailer (below) for the second series of BBC One drama Our Girl, starring former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan.

The second series, once again written by Tony Grounds, sees Keegan play army medic Corporal Georgie Lane on a dangerous ­mission in Kenya, replacing Lacey Turner’s Molly Dawes whose story was completed at the end of series one.

The BBC has been tight-lipped about the cast, but it’s clear in the trailer Ben Aldridge has returned as Captain James’ alongside Sean Ward as ‘Fingers’. Royce Pierreson (Murdered By My Boyfriend) and The Musketeers Luke Pasqualino can also be seen in the cast

Our Girl series 2 is coming soon to BBC One.
