“Bad things are coming…”

Sky Atlantic has released a new first-look trailer for the second series of Fortitude.

Set to the music of Björk‘s  ‘It’s oh so quiet’, the trailer eludes to new threats and efforts to eradicate them.

New cast addition Dennis Quaid (Far From Heaven) features as Michael Lennox. Sofie Gråbøl (The Killing) returns as Governor Odegard looking particularly anxious standing alone in a snow-covered Fortitude poised with a flickering flashlight.

The trailer will also air tonight (27th June) on Sky Atlantic in the ad break of the Game of Thrones finale.

Fortitude series 2 was filmed on location in Iceland and in the UK, and will return to Sky Atlantic in January 2017.
