Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer‘s anarchic BBC Two comedy, House of Fools has been commissioned for a second series.

Set in Bob’s home, the second series of House Of Fools will once more feature uninvited lodgers, visitors and guests who constantly fill the house, wreaking havoc everywhere they go.

Matt Berry, Dan Skinner, Daniel Simonsen, Morgana Robinson will each reprise there roles in the new series.

Vic and Bob say: “We are overjoyed and thankful to our great corporation for their diligence in this matter.”

Shane Allen, Controller of Comedy Commissioning, says: “House Of Fools is a much-needed big old rainbow of daftness in a world that is too grey and sensible. Those two lovable twits work very hard at making something that looks so effortlessly silly and it’s a thrill to know there’s plenty more where that came from.”

The series is made by BBC In-house Comedy production in association with Pett Productions, and produced by Lisa Clark (Pett) and executive produced by Pete Thornton.

House Of Fools will be filmed at MediaCityUK.
