Rupert Evans Confirms ‘World Without End’ To Air on Channel 4 In January

UK to air ‘World Without End’ in January

Following today’s Reelz channel announcement regarding a US airdate, actor Rupert Evans (Hellboy) has said on twitter that Ken Follett‘s epic eight part mini-series World Without End is to air in the UK in January 2013.

The star who plays monk ‘Godwyn’ in the adaption tweeted a link to the trailer and said: “@rupert_evans: The short trailer for the new World Without End. Out in the US in September and in the UK in Jan. 2013..”

Channel 4 announced in March they had acquired the UK premiere broadcast rights to World Without End the sequel to Follett’s Pillars Of The Earth.

The cast also includes: Cynthia Nixon (Sex and the City), Peter Firth (Spooks/MI-5), Ben Chaplin (The Thin Red Line), Charlotte Riley (The Duchess), Tom Weston-Jones (Spooks/MI5), Nora von Waldstaetten (Carlos), Oliver Jackson-Cohen (What’s Your Number), Sarah Gadon (Cosmopolis), Tom Cullen (Weekend), Carlo Rota (24), Indira Varma (Pride & Prejudice), Megan Follows (Anne of Green Gables) and Miranda Richardson (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows).
