Director of The Hobbit, Peter Jackson has revealed on his Facebook page a new poster for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

The poster will be given out at this month’s Comic-Con in San Diego, where Peter Jackson and some of the stars are due to attend.

The films stars: Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins, Sir Ian McKellen who is returning as Gandalf, and Andy Serkis reprising his role as Gollum. It was also recently revealed Orlando Bloom will be reprising his role as Legolas for part of the film.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, is released in cinema’s on December 14 2012, with the second film The Hobbit: There and Back Again following in 2013.
